Please note that Vantage Explorations will require you to nominate one passenger from your group/charter to be as a main contact, and will ONLY action changes to a booking made in writing through this person. All passengers will be invoiced together on one invoice. Vantage Explorations for this reason recommends that direct groups/charters book with the assistance of their preferred travel agent.

What is the primary spoken language of your group?

On our voyages, the primary language spoken is English, and for safety reasons we require that our guests all have a working knowledge of English. If they do not speak English, your group will be required to provide one English-speaking translating guide per 11 passengers, to escort your group. Please let us know if your group has a working level of English.

How many passengers (including guide, if applicable) are interested in travelling? Please note that in order for us to consider a group, we must have at least 10 guests travelling. For a charter, this is generally for the whole ship (maximum of 132 passengers)
