An extraordinary sojourn at Cascada EcoCamp, a one-of-a-kind destination in Patagonia, guarantees both comfort and eco-consciousness, delivering an unforgettable experience. At Cascada EcoCamp, you’ll find a harmonious blend of hotel-style amenities and the immersive essence of camping, thanks to the spacious, dome-shaped tents with wooden floors, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. For your convenience, a separate tent is designated for the kitchen, living, and dining areas, while another building houses the shared bathroom facilities and composting toilets.

The Patagonia Safari program provides all-inclusive 4-night stays, following a weekly excursion schedule. The journey embarks and concludes in either Punta Arenas or El Calafate, promising a memorable adventure in the heart of Patagonia.

Day 1 

From Punta Arenas embark on a panoramic ride to Torres del Paine National Park. Enjoy the impressive Cueva de Milodón – a gigantic cave that once sheltered a prehistoric sloth – before arriving at Cascada EcoCamp this afternoon.

Day 2

A drive through the park showcases spellbinding views of mountain-lined Lake Norkenskjold and Lake Pehoe. Upon arriving to Paso La Feria, enjoy a walk towards equally stunning Lake Sarmiento. The trail features views of the Paine massif with opportunities to spot of condors, guanaco herds and puma tracks.

Day 3

Today explore the western side of the park, with stops at secluded lagoons for short walks and bird watching: Chilean Flamingos at Laguna Amarga; diverse bird life at Laguna Los Juncos; and a swan colony at Laguna Cisnes. Reaching
Lake Pehoe, visit the furious Salto Grande falls and walk along the gentle Nordenskjold trail (1.5 hrs return) which offers awesome views of the Cuernos del Paine horn-like peaks (2,670 m/8,700 ft). The day ends with a short nature hike along beautiful Lake Toro before returning back to camp.

Day 4

A short two-hour return walk along Pingo River gorge winds through native beech forests and varied geological features. This evening enjoy a cruise across glacial Lake Grey (1.5 hours) with its floating chunks of ice, and approach the towering walls of captivating blue-colored Glacier Grey.

Day 5

After breakfast sit back and enjoy a relaxing drive back to Punta Arenas airport or continue your journey through Patagonia by driving across the border to El Calafate Argentina.
